Join us at sunset for a powerful DJ yoga ceremony that opens the heart and reconnects you to your natural rhythm. Guided by live music produced by myself that have house and ambient, healing soundscapes, this beginner-friendly flow is inspired by the sacred Navajo teaching of Hózhó a state of harmony, beauty, and balance.

We begin slow, with grounding breathwork and intention setting. As the music builds, we move into embodied expression and empowerment, before easing into stillness and deep restoration. Infused with Indigenous storytelling, ancestral wisdom, and curandera healing, this is more than a class it’s a return to your essence of self love.
